Q. What’s the difference between a Wellness Coach and a Therapist?

A. Coaches use their knowledge to help facilitate the breakthrough so the client can gain the confidence to keep growing as an individual. A therapist although just as helpful, answer your questions with their practice advice and educational context. Q. What type of Life Coach are you?  

A. My practice focuses on relationships. All relationships, not just your crazy ex-lover.

I will help you build the strength that you already HAVE within to create the patterns you NEED to move forward and conquer your goals.  My realm is assisting you in the mastering of all your unique relationships. Family, Friends, Colleagues and intimate potentials. 

Think of it like a Diet Plan. We’ve all paid excessive amounts of money to eat kale chips and weigh out our protein for a month. Well instead of depriving your taste buds I am feeding your soul with an abundance of tools to become the ultimate communicator and the rock in your relationships. 

 

Q. Are these sessions in person?

A. They can be in person, held with skype calls, or even sent through emails. The consultation is a 15-20-minute meet up or skype session to go over your goals. Then if we are a match, (yes this is A LOT like dating) we will move on to second base, I mean the second session. And that is when the magic happens. 

 

Q. How long are the sessions?

A. Depending on the contract. They range from 45min-90min sessions a few times a month based on your availability. Some months you might need me once a week, some a lot less.

Think of it like the hot new trendy fitness studio you just got into. Some people go 3 times a week and  see a change and some have to go more frequently. Same concept, but the change you’ll see is mental.

The more we work together the more this new mentality will become natural.

 

Q. How much will I pay for my coaching sessions?

A. Just like fitness, coaching sessions vary depending on the packages. We will decide on the right package for you immediately after your free consultation. Like I said before you may only need one session and if that’s the case you should be STOKED! Sometimes all it takes is a little push in the right direction.
